Saddleback Real Estate Developers Expands Portfolio with Two Properties in Fairfield

Fairfield, NJ, March 22, 2017 – Saddleback Real Estate Developers has acquired two new properties to add to their portfolio, both in Fairfield. Saddleback owners Salvatore Frassetto and Terry Frassetto continue to build their presence and expand their base of properties in New Jersey.

The industrial property leader recently purchased a 22,000 square foot asset which is fully leased at 22 Audrey Place.  The acquisition of 341 Kaplan Drive at 13,430 square feet was followed by a total renovation.  According to Saddleback President, Terry Frassetto, “The purchase of these two industrial properties in Fairfield will be followed by other acquisitions.  We are looking forward to increasing our portfolio in Fairfield and throughout New Jersey.  We are proud New Jerseyans and proud to expedite quick closings in New Jersey’s industrial space market.”
