Saddleback Real Estate Developers has added to its fast-growing industrial portfolio with the acquisition of a 23,200-square-foot building in Fairfield.
The firm said the newest property, located at 8 Kulick Road, is fully occupied and located directly off Route 46. It is Saddleback’s latest acquisition in the Essex County township, which it has identified as a target opportunity.
In a prepared statement, Saddleback President Terry Frassetto said the firm “is uniquely positioned to expand our presence in Fairfield and the (New Jersey) industrial market through quick and streamlined closings.” Like its other recent acquisitions in Fairfield, 8 Kulick Road offers easy access to Interstate 80 and New York City.
The firm is continuing to acquire new assets and will announce additional closings this summer, according to a news release. Saddleback owns and manages 20 industrial properties and has developed more than 20 million square feet.
It did not disclose the terms of its latest acquisition.
