SALVATORE V. FRASSETTO

Having developed over 20 million square feet of commercial and real estate projects during his career, Salvatore Frassetto is one of northern New Jersey’s most experienced and successful real estate owners and developers. The beginning of his success started with the Frassetto Construction company, a family business specializing in highway and heavy construction for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Garden State Parkway, New Jersey Transit, New Jersey Department of Transportation and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
In 1974, Sal founded a real estate development company, The Frassetto Group, where he went on to develop five million square feet of office and industrial properties throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida. Later, he founded and ran the environmental consulting company Oxford Environmental, which specialized in design and remediation. Sal served as the company president for five years.
Currently, Sal is chairman of Saddleback Management Corporation, where he owns and manages over two million square feet of commercial property. Also known as Saddleback Real Estate Developers, the company focuses on industrial and commercial real estate in the state of New Jersey. Sal is also a managing member along with S. Lloyd Tulp of Tulfra Management Co., LLC, which owns and/or manages over 1.5 million square feet of commercial property.
Sal has been a member of the Association of General Contractors, the National Association of Office and Industrial Parks (NAIOP) and other trade groups. He is a Trustee for Spring Lake Toys Foundation. He attended St Peter’s College and received continuing education certificates from New York University in syndicate real estate and real estate joint ventures. Giving back to his high school, Sal is the founder and a board member of Hackensack High School’s Blue and Gold Scholarship Foundation.
