New Office. New Website. New Saddleback! Open House Celebration on October 12th, 2017

A message from Saddleback President, Terry Frassetto.

“I am humbled by the amazing turnout we had for our open house held at our new offices on October 12. Speaking for Sal and myself, we are honored to have had so many of our business associates make the time for us, and want to thank you each of you for attending. We hope to see you at our future events and look forward to furthering our business relationships.  I have included some pictures of the event, I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I did. The construction was a big undertaking, and we are proud of the end result.   I want to thank Carmine Marabello for coordinating all of the construction efforts, Brite Electic, Gripp Plumbing and John Recchia Landscaping for another job well done.  I want to extend a special thank you to Angelo Marabello and Derrell Downey of Dowmar Construction for always stepping up and going above and beyond.  Saddleback Real Estate Developers is very fortunate to have such amazing partners in our construction division and the incredible result of our office is a testament to their talent and work efforts. 

Thank you to Marianne Maes for the beautiful job you did on decorating Sal’s office and the executive bathrooms.  They are beautiful!   A special thank you to my wife Terri for decorating my office, Carmine’s and Larry’s offices, the common area, conference rooms, kitchen, and the entry way.  The personal touch you added by using our own properties in the wall art really made the space more special, and the kitchen is perfect and feels like a little bit of home.
