Saddleback Real Estate Developers Leases 69,850 SF in Fairfield Industrial Market

Fairfield, NJ, July 26, 2017 – Saddleback Real Estate Developers has once again leased a large industrial property in Fairfield. The growing developer has a history of real estate holdings and acquisitions in the Fairfield area and other New Jersey markets.

The industrial property leader recently leased the 69,850 square foot asset at 208 Passaic Avenue, Fairfield to McKesson Medical-Surgical, Inc. Saddleback Real Estate Developers was represented in-house by Salvatore Frassetto, chairman, while the tenant was represented by William Waxman of CBRE, Inc. The property is ideally located off Route 46 with easy access to Routes 80, 280, 287, 3, and 23.
